The Victorian Bailliage of La Chaine des Rotisseurs held a beautiful Bastille Day dinner for members in the Mission to Seafarers iconic heritage building. The menu was full of French favourites accompanied by delicious wines.
Our specially designed degustation was not only varied but there were definitely some of my favourites, which I encountered whilst tantalizing my tastebuds on this superb Asian fusion journey.
